We do not disclose applicant information publicly unless explicit written consent is provided (for example, to announce scholarship recipients).

• Data is stored securely within Google Workspace tools.

• Access is restricted to authorized individuals involved in scholarship administration.

• Records are retained for up to seven (7) years for audit, reporting, and program integrity purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
